We are up front with prices, what we can and cannot do.
We will provide basic sketches for the job, any detailed drawings and formal sketches will not be done or provided until after a deposit is paid. Because a lot of time goes into designing a custom piece, I do it this way so I don’t have to charge a consultation fee.
All deposits are required prior to build and are not refundable. All time lines are estimates, because they can change if materials are out of stock, or unexpected events delay the build process.
All quoted prices will be in effect for 2 months. This accounts for fluctuating material prices.
All time slots are first come first serve, without a deposit (with exception to a wait list).
All orders must be picked up within 1 week of completion, unless alternate arrangements are made with me. Delivery options are available if discussed at the time of order. If delivery isn’t specified at time or order, but requested at time of completion, a surcharge may be added or delivery may not be available depending on my schedule at the time.
Effective November 1, 2020 our delivery rate has increased.

We reserve the right to refuse any requests that may limit the safety of the client or the quality of the finished product.
Changes or add-ons are not guaranteed, any add-on will increase the original quote, You will be alerted of all increases before they are made (we won’t surprise you with a bill increase… ever)
You are 100% liable if you change any part of your house that effects the build. Example – mounting a TV too low that the TV stand doesn’t fit under or providing the wrong measurements.
We do stand behind our product, and will repair anything that we deem human error. General wear and tear is not covered. If you would like repairs to be done, a quote will be provided to you.
ONLINE STORE:
The prices of the items in the store are firm, All discounts, sale prices will be listed on the item.
Limited release, or limited quantity pieces will be marked as such.
Only a 50% deposit will hold an item.

If you see an item you would like to purchase, contact me via email, phone, text, Instagram and let me know you would like the item.
place a 50% deposit (or full payment – which is up to you; some people prefer to do it that way)
It will be removed from the website or marked sold.
COVID CONDITIONS:
Shop tours are not available. For pickup, we prefer curbside/porch pickups or public meets in a parking lot (your item will be on the tailgate for you to pickup and maintain a safe distance) for small items. For large items, we ask you bring someone from your circle to help load and please wear masks. (If this isn’t possible, I will help load)
The selling of physical items will be conducted on the website and Instagram, we are striving to reduce face to face contact as mush as possible.
Delivery outside Fraser or Coastal Health are currently suspended as per Provincial restrictions.
Due to Covid, material shortages and related supplier shutdowns, there might be sudden delays or limitations getting hardware and materials. As well, we have had no choice but to increase some prices to cover the added cost of rising prices. This money is not going into my pocket and I am in no way using the pandemic to charge more. We will reduce these changes once prices return, or if we can find cheaper solutions.
We ask for patience in dealing with these ever changing circumstances.
