Why Rust and Grain? We wanted a name that showcases what drives us. We are passionate about highlighting natures “imperfections” that make a piece of wood unique, one of a kind, and quite honestly — perfect!
Many things can be recreated, or imitated but nothing will compare to the natural processes. No two pieces of metal rust the same, and no two trees share the same grain, knots and character. This is why each piece leaving our shop speaks for itself.
Proudly located in the Fraser Valley of British Columbia, we love our community and support it anyway we can. We developed a list of small businesses we support when purchasing materials including hardware. Over the last few years, I invested time finding sources I know I can trust for quality and can pass that quality on to the client.
